Banana & Walnut Dessert

Banana & Walnuts Dessert:


  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 cup of walnuts or macadamia nuts
  • 150g butter
  • 300ml organic full cream, cream
  • cinnamon


  • slice bananas
  • chop walnuts into tiny pieces
  • place bananas and butter in pot and melt butter stirring regularly so bananas don’t stick
  • when sticky consistency but still chunky, remove from stove
  • place banana mixture in serving bowls and sprinkle with walnuts
  • sprinkle cinnamon on top
  • Pour cream over the top
  • sprinkle with more cinnamon
  • serve hot or place in fridge and serve chilled

Great for people with Coeliac Disease or gluten Intolerance as gluten free
