Chicken & Cabbage Curry


  • 1kg of Chicken tenderloins or thigh fillets
  • Curry of your preference, with the quantity to your taste
  • 1 400g can of Coconut Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cabbage chopped
  • Coconut Chips for garnish


  • Melt coconut oil in a pan
  • Add chicken and curry and brown til cooked
  • Add Coconut cream and cabbage
  • Serve and garnish with coconut chips

Serves 4
