Banana Bread


Note from Terrific Fitness – Recipe is suitable for people with Coeliac Disease and Gluten Intolerance!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Almond Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Mashed Bananas
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • Organic butter for greasing tin or coconut oil

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour mixture into greased and lined loaf tin.
  • Baked at 175 degrees for 35 mins

Serve a piece with yoghurt, cinnamon, honey and/or walnuts
