Ingredients:
- 2 cups Almond Meal
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 Mashed Bananas
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 Eggs
- Organic butter for greasing tin or coconut oil
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour mixture into greased and lined loaf tin.
- Baked at 175 degrees for 35 mins
Serve a piece with yoghurt, cinnamon, honey and/or walnuts
