KAYLA’S  QUICK ENERGY FIX!  ( for those weekends when the kids are home)

Pop a movie on for the kids …

Find some space.. either the end of your drive way, or corridor etc

1.       Sprint up and back 12 push ups

2.       Sprint up and back 12 jump squats

3.       Sprint up and back 12 mountain climbs

4.       Sprint up and back 12 lunges right leg

5.       Sprint up and back 12 lunges left leg

6.       Sprint up and back squat hold for 1 minute!

REPEAT 3-4 TIMES OVER AND YOU SCORED YOURSELF A FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH CARDIO!! CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT
