Kayla’s Winter Warmer Soup!!


Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 4 large carrots grated
  • 1 large sweet potato chopped
  • 1 leak finely chopped
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • Beef cuts chopped as much as you desire (lots for those who need some protein after a workout)
  • Lamb shanks

Directions:

  • Boil water with vegetable stock
  • Add meat to the boil
  • Scrape all the residue of the top of the water
  • Add all veggies and shanks to the mix
  • Add garlic minced or chopped amazing to keep away the winter sniffles
  • Add some mixed herbs and any spices you prefer
  • Serves plenty! (great for brekky too!)
