Stir Fried Scallops & Veggies

Stir Fried Scallops and Veggies:


  • 1kg scallops
  • 1/2 cabbage thinly sliced
  • 100g green beans
  • 200g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 brown onion sliced
  • 200g fresh asparagus chopped in 2cm stalks
  • 1 zucchini julienned
  • 1 red capsicum julienned
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 50g organic butter


  • Melt butter in a wok
  • Fry scallops in small lots, setting cooked scallops aside
  • Stir fry onions and mushrooms
  • Add honey and Tamari and toss
  • Add rest of vegetables and stir fry until just soft (the more raw the better)
  • Add scallops back in and toss through until they are heated and coated with the sauce
  • Serve immediately

Serves 4-6 (depending if adults or kids)

Great for people with Coeliac Disease or Gluten Intolerance as gluten free
