6 Week Transformation Challenge – Tara Richards

Day 1:

Super proud of Tara for cutting out her added sugar to her breakfast!!! Though cereal is not something we recommend for breakfast, Tara is incorporating small changes every week to improve her health, and that is what is important. It is not about making radical, changes that are not maintainable. Baby steps lead to permanent changes!!

Unfortunately there is no video for day 24 as Tara had a car accident and was unable to record one. She is well however with only some whiplash.

For those people following Tara’s video cam diaries, we will be without a video of Tara until Thursday. This is because Tara’s bad luck last week continued. She had not had a chance to send me her Monday video,then on Tuesday she dropped her phone (which she uses to record) down the elevator shaft. Anyway long story short, she got her phone in working order again on Thursday but Monday’s video is lost
