Chicken Burger Patties


Ingredients:Chicken Burgers

  • 1kg Chicken Mince
  • 1 Egg
  • Himalayan Salt to taste (I use about 6-8 grinds)
  • 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Mint
  • 1 teaspoon dry Oregano
  • Ground Pepper to taste (I use about 2-3 grinds)
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry Curry
  • 4 cloves of crushed Garlic
  • 1 Onion finely diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of melted Coconut Oil (I melt it in a pot then allow to cool before pouring it in. Helps spread it through easier)

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix through thoroughly
  • Using a large spoon mold into burger patties, to desired size (mixture will be slightly sloppy)
  • Place onto flat grill tray
  • Grill patties on both sides until cooked through
  • Serve with desired veggies or with usual burger fillings 🙂
