Chicken Crumbies

Ingredients:Chicken Crumbies with Steamed Veggies

  • 2kg Chicken Wings, cut into 3 sections with the tip discarded
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 150g Rice Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 100g Organic Butter


  • Preheat oven to moderate
  • Beat eggs and milk together until completely combined
  • In a separate bowl combine crumb, paprika and oregano
  • Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then coat well with crumb mixture
  • Place crumbed chicken onto a baking dish
  • Melt butter in a pot
  • Pour melted butter over chicken
  • Placed baking dish with chicken in the oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes
  • When chicken is golden in color, remove from oven
  • Serve with steam vegetables covered with garlic butter
