Perform each exercise one after the other, rest 60 seconds and repeat circuit as many times as you can, before you are physically incapable of anymore! This is called, ‘working til failure!’
Fat Burner Circuit
- x100 Shadow boxing jabs and crosses, extending arms right out. Stay on your toes the whole time!
- x20 Squat jumps, touching the ground as you go down, and reaching for the sky as you come up
- x100 Fast feet, running on the spot. Stay on your toes!
- x50 Jumps with a skipping rope
- x50 Running high knees
- x20 Push ups
- x30 Star jumps, with straight arms reaching as high as you can above your head
- x30 Reaching crunches with flexed feet, making sure you touch your ankles each time
- x30 Crab kicks
- x10 Tuck jumps
