Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:Garlic Prawns

  • 1kg f Australian King Prawns, raw
  • 1 bag of Bean Shoots
  • 30g of Organic Butter
  • 4 Clove of Crushed Garlic (more or less to taste)
  • 1 Head of broccoli


  • Melt butter in a pan
  • Add garlic and saute till well combined
  • Add prawns and fry until cooked through
  • Add Bean Shoots and fry until wilted
  • Serve with a side of Broccoli and pan fried Sweet Potato or whatever you desire

NB: For spice, add some chilli!


Serves 4-6 depending on sides
