Green Drink

Ingredients:

  • Handful of Kale
  • 2 Handfuls of Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup of Raw C Coconut Water
  • 2 Stalks of Celery or 1 Lebanese Cucumber
  • 1 Teaspoon of freshly ground Flaxseeds
  • Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
  • 5 Leaves of Mint
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil  (Optional, perfect for those wanting to increase fat burning)
  • Ginger (optional extra, gives it a bit of zing)

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Wizz until completely combined and juiced
  • Drink immediately, or within half an hour to avoid oxigenation
