  • Rest 30 seconds

  • x10 Squat Jumps
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Skip for 1 min, fast
  • x10 Star Jumps
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Skip for 1 min, fast
  • x20 High Knees
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Skip for 1 min, fast
  • x20 Mountain Climbers
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Skip for 1 min, fast
  • x20 Crunches
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Skip for 1 min, fast
  • x20 Alternating Lunges
  • Rest 30 seconds

Repeat Circuit 3 times for maximum fat burning!
