Oven Baked Chicken Wings with Cauliflower Rice

Cauiflower Rice



  • 1.5kg Chicken Wingettes & Drummettes
  • Cumin to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste


  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Season the chicken to taste
  3. Place in a large baking dish
  4. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes to an hour


Cauliflower Rice:


  • 1 whole cauliflower, grated (stork and leaves cut off)
  • 150g of bacon chopped to desired size
  • 1 medium zucchini diced finely
  • 1/8 of a cup of chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Approx 50g of butter for frying


  1. Melt butter in the pan
  2. Add bacon and fry til cooked
  3. Add rest of ingredients, stirring through constantly
  4. Cook until cauliflower is just cooked, keeping it nice and crunchy
  5. Serve with chicken or any protein you desire
