Sweet Potato Chips


  • 500g Sweet Potato (sliced in thin round slice of in long chip shape)
  • 250g of Organic Butter
  • Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste


  • Slice potato to desire size and shape
  • Melt butter in deep pan til bubbling, on medium flame
  • Add potato and allow to pan fry until cooked, stirring very occasionally to avoid mushing the potato
  • Using a draining ladle, spoon out cook potato into a bowl
  • Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon
  • Serve!
