A class using a variety of equipment. This is excellent for maximum fat burning, building strength, stability, mobility, power, speed and passion. Training is conducted in a traditional Boot Camp Style.

Pilates focuses on breathing techniques, helps relieve stress, correct posture and helps sooth muscular and joint pains. Learn how to correct posture by increasing muscular and postural awareness both in class and out in the real world.
