“Lean For Life” Group Nutrition Coaching

Food can be such a confusing and overwhelming topic when trying to lose fat and/or build muscle. What works, what doesn’t? With so many different ‘diets’ out there, how do you know which one is right for you?

“Lean For Life” is a group nutrition coaching program that teaches you about the effects of various food on your body. It teaches you how food can help build lean muscle, how it helps burn fat, what food hinders fat loss, eating habits that waste muscle tissue, meal prepping and much more. It will also help you identify the right nutrition regime for you.

If you struggle getting your food right, if you struggle with what diet suits you best, if you struggle burning fat, if you are totally confused about what you should or shouldn’t eating, if you need to stay accountable or if you are simply wanting to advance your knowledge on nutrition, this is the program for you.

Conducted in a group coaching format, the sessions are capped at 6 participants max, so you get the personalised attention you need. Each week our Nutrition Counselor Danielle, will present the topic of the day. You will receive handouts and cheat sheets on the week’s topic and have the opportunity for Questions & Answers, so you still get the personalised attention you need. You book on a week to week basis, so there are no long term commitments. Simply select the topic that suits you best.

Each week, a different Nutrition topic is covered. Select your preferred topic on the booking screen.  The sessions are conducted on Saturday mornings at 9:00-10:00am at our Boutique Studio.
