*“I was size 14 now size 10. My favourite thing about my transformation is that I love that I made a commitment to myself to get into shape and stay that way for life! And I’m doing it! I’m also loving getting into my old pre-baby clothes. Terrific Fitness has changed my outlook on life and taught me so much about my nutrition and health. I felt so tired and unhappy with my body after having my baby. I knew I needed to make some new lifestyle changes and become more active and healthy in order to enjoy being a happy new mum. I wanted to not only get back to my old self but create a new me! Keeping a food journal has helped me be honest with what I was eating and identify where I go wrong.  I have recently challenged myself by totally eliminating sugar and gluten out of my life.  It’s been hard and I’ve had a few slip ups but get back on track again, it’s well worth it! I am half way to reaching my goals. I hope to be in a size 8 pair of skinny jeans by my daughters 1st birthday In October.”
