Do you sit on the couch and think, I should go to the gym, I should go for a walk and it never happens… Well, it all doesn’t have to be so complicated. The problem is we, us humans, make it complicated. The recommended amount of exercise per day is 30 minutes which in itself isn’t that long. Here are some super awesome strategies to help you keep moving!
Do you take an hour lunch time and surf social media for ½ an hour while you do so? Hello 30 minutes.
Do you without fail sit down of a night to watch home and away because you can’t help to miss it? Hello 30 minutes again.
What about the time you wake up? Could you get up 30 minutes earlier and go for a walk? Bang, 30 minutes gained.
Can’t find 30 minutes in a row… You could always do 10 minutes 3 times 🙂
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how you do it.. You can walk, run, do a group fitness class, go to the gym, workout in the backyard… Do anything. Make it part of your routine, you brush your teeth and while you do it sit in a hold squat…do anything… But just keep moving. Think about how good you will feel after it 🙂
Think about this. There are 1,440 minutes in every SINGLE day. Remove 30 minutes and you still have 1410 minutes for the entire day. Its really not that much!!!
