Push ups have always been regarded as a military exercise, used for men training in the army, inmates in prisons and boxers training for a fight. That’s a cliché that should be eliminated from your mind, because push ups are one of the best exercises for men AND women.
Women should practice push ups on a regular, if not daily basis to build upper body strength.
